Data Deletion Request

Use the steps below to request deletion of your Beacon™ account data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email admin@alpha2zulumarketing.com from the address tied to your Beacon™ account.
  2. Use the subject line "Beacon™ Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include the account email and any additional context (e.g., organization name).

What we delete

  • Beacon™ user profile and authentication data.
  • Connected social account tokens and metadata.
  • Posts, drafts, schedules, and related analytics.
  • AI usage history and saved templates.

Timeline

We confirm deletion requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If there are billing or compliance holds, we will notify you.
